7 Picks for Thursday
Kansas City Royals +165 over Minnesota Twins (1.5 Units)
I am sure you all know that the Royals stink but here is a small
situational advantage for the Royals today. The Royals, off a series
win versus the Seattle Mariners are staying at home with confidence.
The Twins, coming off a series loss have to travel from beautiful
sunny California (Anaheim) to go East to play a Kansas City team that
is better rested. This issue has not been taken into account in the
spread, in fact, the Twins line will be shaded too much due to public
perception. Although we admit the Twins have a better percentage
chance to win, the Royals at +165 is a steal and pure value. I am
utilizing a baseball betting system that has gone 11-4 this season and
has never had a losing season in the past 6 years.

Los Angeles Dodgers -115 over Colorado Rockies (1.5 Units)
We backed the Rockies heavily two days ago off a loss. They are off a
loss again today but we are changing pace and backing the Dodgers. You
see, the Rockies smack around lefty starting pitchers but the Dodgers
are putting out Derek Lowe a strong right hander. The Dodgers keep up
their momentum and take the series.
Result: Pending
Toronto Blue Jays +135 over Oakland Athletics (1.0 Units)
The Oakland Athletics have such a poor offense that they truly never
should be a -150. Anyways, they are even worse against lefties on the
road. Gustavo Chacin has been pitching well at times so a play here on
the underdog Blue Jays is worth it. The winner of this game decides
the winner of this series and we feel a +130 is well worth the risk.
Result: Pending
Boston Redsox -113 over Baltimore Orioles (1.5 Units)
The Red Sox did a tough thing and that win a road series at the
Rangers. They have won 9 of 10 road games. The Orioles, on the hand,
are self-destructing at the seams. They have been playing poorly. The
Orioles are 24-19 at home but are 7-8 at home versus Lefties. David
Wells has a strong opportunity to pitch well.
Result: Pending
New York Yankees -1.5 RUNLINE +105 over Cleveland Indians (1.0 Units) FREE PICK
I am a big Cleveland Indians fan. I have gone 4-0 the past 7 days
backing them but I will be going against them today. They are in a
tough spot having lost two games in a row to the Tigers and then
having to travel to Yankee Stadium where the Yankees have been
rocking. Jeter got snubbed from the All Star game so he has potential
for a breakout game. What is most important to note is that the
Yankees scored 25 runs their past 2 home games against the Orioles.
When the Yankees win at home, they beat the run line by about 80% of
the time. We like our chances today in the first game of the series
where we know home teams have the advantage and backing Mike Mussina
who has been highly consistent.
Result: Pending
St. Louis Cardinals -1.5 RUNLINE -115 over Arizona Diamondbacks (1.0
Units) FREE PICK
We like the Cardinals in this spot getting the road 4-game sweep.
Result: Pending
Washington Nationals -115 over New York Mets (1.5 Units) PREMIUM
I am giving away this Premium pick because it is an early morning
game. We backed the Nationals in our Game of the Year on Tuesday and
for many of the same reasons we are backing them here today. The
analysis is reserved for EasyBaseballBetting.com members.
