Bruce Jacobs
Fox Sports Radio host Bruce Jacobs has had one of the most impressive careers as a sports broadcaster. Before he joined the Fox Sports Radio team, he was quite a hit with his regular broadcasts. In fact, Bruce Jacobs was the top rated morning host at his job in Phoenix. He worked in Phoenix at XTRA Sports 910 and was known for his interesting humor and commentary.
He then went to KFYI in Phoenix, Arizona where he still hosts a morning talk radio show. You can find him there from 5am to 8am each morning. His shows are considered quite conservative in nature, but that certainly doesn’t mean he is boring in any way.
After coming on board with Fox Sports Radio in 2002, he started doing a weekday morning show for them as well. Now he is doing both the Fox Sports Radio show and the KFYI show, making him a very busy man.
He is a fan favorite however, no matter how hectic his schedule is. He comes across sincere and calm on the air. However, he does have a strong opinion on almost everything, which makes his show interesting and humorous in most cases. His conversations with those who call into his show are some of the best in sports radio. His laugh is his trademark vocal technique and listeners everywhere love it.
The interesting thing about Bruce Jacobs is that he has a vocal twin. ABC host Sean Hannity is the vocal twin of Bruce Jacobs and they both think it is quite amusing. You can hear Bruce Jacobs often on Fox GameTime co-hosting with Geoffrey Arnold.
