Craig Shemon
In Fall of 2000, Craig Shemon became a part of the Fox Sports Radio team of talk show hosts. He was originally an update anchor. He spent 5 years with Fox Sports Radio before he moved to the weeknight slot. He is an Indiana sports expert, according to most and he has worked for WHJE in Carmel and WTTS in Bloomington. He has also worked as a broadcaster for WGCL in Bloomington. He has one awards for his excellent play-by-play announcing.
Before he came to Fox Sports Radio, Craig Shemon worked as the announcer for Citadel sports in South Carolina. He worked in Charleston for seven years and did all of the play-by-play announcing for football, baseball, and basketball. He also held the hosting position on “Citadel Coaches Show” on the Fox Sports Net.
With his award winning announcing skills and his vast experience in the sports broadcasting business, Craig Shemon is someone with a long career ahead of him. You can find him on the Fox Sports Talk Radio Network during each weekday from 9am until noon. He co-hosts Out of Bounds on Fox with James Washington. The two of them are quite informational and entertaining to listen to.
So, look for Craig Shemon each weekday on Fox Sports Talk Radio along with James Washington. It is likely Fox will want to hold onto him for as long as possible, so he could have a long lasting relationship with them. However, with his accomplishment list being long already, he is a sports broadcasting face that may reach for bigger and better gigs in the near future.
