Ginger Chan
Ginger Chan is a beautiful lady, but she is not just another pretty face…or voice! Ginger has a strong community mind, and has spent several years doing volunteer work for many organizations. Ginger recently spent three years mentoring and working with students at her church, and she helped build a home for a needy family in Mexico, among other community minded projects.

Ginger loves living on the beach, loves to skate, run, and exercise on the shore. She also loves listening to loud music and of course, watching a great game.
The idea of having a career in broadcasting was never a conscious choice for Ginger Chan. Ginger’s choice of a career in radio came as a fun adventure. She had recorded a party invitation, and she handed it out to her co-workers at the radio station where she was interning. Many people suggested she give on air broadcasting a try, just based on that invitation, and she fell in love.
Ginger graduated from USC with a degree in broadcast journalism and political science. After that, Ginger began working as a dj in San Diego markets. She worked as a television news reporter in Alabama, and in Orange County, where she chased tornados, bad guys, and whatever other story was hot that night. Even through a couple of stints on game shows, and a job with a movie producer, radio was still where Ginger’s passion was. She jumped at the opportunity to work at AM 570 when the chance presented itself in early 2004.
