Lee Klein
Have you ever listened to the Lee Klein Show out of California? If you have, you know exactly why Lee Klein has had such an interesting career thus far. He studied broadcasting at Jacksonville University and Rutgers University. His first broadcasting job was on WRSU radio in New Brunswick.
Lee Klein has always had an interesting approach on life. He was even the President of the Complain Club! Klein always thought outside the box and even wrote his thesis in college on the power of negative thinking. He is certainly someone that doesn’t follow the crowd.
After Lee grew tired of WRSU, he moved onto The American Sports Radio Network. There he held a co-host position with Marty Rodick. From there, Lee Klein started working with a Fox Sports affiliate station and even became the host of his own talk show. He has covered the Clippers and Dodgers extensively.
He joined KFI AM 640 in 2001 as a weekend host and started writing a book about his unique career. He also hosted Laker Talk for a period of time. He now works at AM 570 radio as a night host. You can listen to Lee Klein nightly from 10pm to 1am on AM 570. Once you listen to him a few times, you will realize why this man has such a rich reputation in sports radio. Although some of his co-hosts likely wish he would retire soon, Lee Klein will likely be heard on radios across the world for years to come.
