Loose Cannons, on AM 570, is comprised of Steve Hartman and Mychal Thompson. The two sports broadcasters bring quite a bang to the station.

Steve Hartman is a sports writer, team executive, and sports broadcaster that has really made an impact on the world of sports broadcasting. He has a great bank of knowledge on sports. He can tell you almost any sports fact about present or past sports. Some believe he has a great photographic memory that helps him remember everything. Others think he is just someone who studies sports constantly. He is known as the “King of Sports Trivia” and is quite a popular sports personality. Hartman has covered 8 Super Bowls and 8 Final Fours.

Mychal Thompson, the other half of the Loose Cannons, is something to be admired as well. Thompson is a past NBA player that played for 12 seasons. In fact, he played for the Portland Trailblazers, San Antonio Spurs, and the LA Lakers. In addition to being a great basketball player, he also has many years of radio and television experience. He is still the analyst for the Lakers radio show.
