We are very fond of betting on teams that enter a series off a win if their opponent is coming into it off a loss. This angle works because momentum is so important in baseball and entering a season off a win gives yourself that extra little bit of an advantage.

Considering the Rangers will be playing on the road for the second straight series this year, we would expect their spirits to be a little low as they are hurried into the pace of baseball a bit earlier than their bodies can handle.
