Chicago White Sox (-135) over Cleveland Indians (2.0 Units) -
The White Sox may have lost their final two games against the Royals but they started off their series with the Indians pretty well. That is kind of important because the White Sox had 7 wins in a row prior to those two losses. And whenever a team's winning streaks are snapped by a couple of back to back losses, they will continue to do well if they are able to wield themselves from being in a slump. And yesterday's big win proves that. Considering they are the best at facing lefties and they faced a lefty yesterday, we like our chances with this White Sox offense again today.
One little known nugget of information is that the Indians are 6-20 in the second game of a series. The White Sox are polar opposites at 17-8, +12 units in the second game of a series.

Detroit Tigers (121) over Kansas City Royals (1.0 Units) -
There so much love for the Greinke... but come on. Here's some good wisdom to follow. If a pitcher starts off hot, be sure to go against him every opportunity you can after that point. The Royals won each of Greinke's first 6 starts so it became in-grained in people's minds that he's a good pitcher or something. But since going 6-0, he's lost his Royals -6 units in a much longer time span. So in the case of what have you done for me lately, this fool is so over the hill right now and overvalued.
We wouldn't go against him in every game but consider this. The Royals are 14-23 on the road. And the Royals have lost most of their units in the 3rd game of a series this season. Going 7-16, -11 units. And the Tigers have made their money at the backend of series going 17-8, +8.5units. And they are just 1 game above 500 in the beginning of a series.

NO PICK: Baltimore Orioles (116) over Seattle Mariners (1.0 Units) -
Our systems suggested us to go for the Orioles today but we passed on the game.
The Orioles are one of these teams that play better early in a series than at the end of a series. In the first two games of a series they are 28-26, +5 units but drop down to paltry status at 7-20, -13 units in the 3rd and 4th games of a series. So if we are going to bet the Orioles, we'd want to bet them early on in the series.
The Mariners do better at the end of a series. Early: 26-28, -2.7 units, Late: 15-10, +8 units. So the Mariners are a team to bet on late in the series.
Since this is the 3rd game of a series, we feel like passing on the game.
