The Indians took care of business yesterday and won the series against the Cardinals.

The more a team plays at home, the better they get. For example, they'd play better in their second consecutive home series than in their first. And better in the third than in their second... And here they are in their third consecutive home series.

A home team's home field advantage gets worse as a series goes on, i.e. they play the best in the first game of a series. And this is the first game of this series.

And these teams are 59-28, +21 units in interleague games.. undervalued by an average of 24 points. Pretty simple system to follow.

And such a system does not even take into account the fact that these Brewers are stinking it up right now. They are 3-7L10 and averaging more than a run less in the past 10 games as they have the whole season. Not to mention the fact that a lot of these bad games have been at home. So what makes us believe that they will turn things around on the road against a team in such a good position at home??? Dave Bush is a good pitcher, the Brewers are 5-1 at home when Bush pitches but are one-game below 500 when he pitches on the road. So we are not scared about betting against him.
